Louise Kirkhope, MSW, RCC founded Conceivable Options in 2007.  In addition to offering individual and couples counselling, Conceivable Options offers the internationally recognized, research-based “Mind/Body Program.”  Louise was the first clinician in Western Canada to be personally trained and certified by Dr Alice Domar, PhD (www.domarcenter.com) to offer mind/body programs.  Dr Domar is a pioneer and international leader, in the application of mind/body medicine to men's & women’s health issues.

Louise graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1995 with a Master of Clinical Social Work Degree.  She also has both an undergraduate degree in Psychology and in Social Work from the University of Victoria.

Louise’s professional background includes work in medical social work, community mental health, and university-based counselling centres.  Her depth of experience, both personal and professional, provides her with valuable insight into providing her clients with a welcoming and supportive environment in which to work towards achieving their goals.
